Welcome to Robotics Center of Excellence (part of Global Services), where we add value by providing robotics services to Nordea Group.
To accelerate the transformation into the future digital bank by enabling large scale robotic automation across all businesses and increase public perception of Nordea as a digital leader, we orchestrate the build-up of infrastructure and services that enable Intelligent Automation. We do this when traditional automation development is not feasible or takes time. We enable the Nordea Group to recruit digital workers so that human personnel are free to focus on tasks requiring e.g. human judgement. Our main tool is Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
What you’ll be doing:
- Run Operational part of Robotics : make sure we deliver our service on time (building new robots, maintaining the production), with the right quality and value using the competences of our people in the best manner in the Nordea value chain
- Contribute to the continuous development of the Robotics Unit trough Leading your management team in Agile way in line with Nordea values and purpose
Employees are located in 5 countries: Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland.
The role is based in Lodz or Stockholm.

Your experience and background:
- 3-5 years of experience in leading others
- Excellent English skills are a prerequisite
- Strong understanding of Robotics and banking with a strong focus on the entire value chain would be an asset
- A strong analytical sense and a proven track record of change processes in a structured manner with both a highly valued
- Proven track record in developing and motivating an organisation management skill with the objective to enhance a customer
