- Manage deployment and recovery of our products within our European markets, i.e, United Kingdom, Ireland and Poland within our SLA of 3-5 days
- Provide high quality service to our internal and external customers via telephone and email
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of process changes to ensure more efficiency
- Prepare root cause analysis on back of incoming emails. Research, investigate and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Task force management - Ability to pull together and lead cross departmental and multi-disciplined teams to review and implement new changes
- Foster and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, most interaction will be with our internal Operation’s teams and Vendor Managers
- Previous experience within Customer Services team or Process development will be preferred
- Excellent team player with ability to take ownership of role and work under own initiative.
- Positive and proactive approach to influence without management authority and build consensus among key teams
- Ability to understand existing procedures and prepare recommendations for further improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- PC literacy utilizing a variety of software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
