- Manage and effectively resolve queries in relation to deployment/ 3rd party Vendor performance
- Monitor that all installations / deployments/ recoveries including terminal deactivation and fee removal are fulfilled within agreed Service Level Agreement timeframes
- Complete Quality checks on Vendor Performance
- Maintain functional area mailbox within required SLA
- Manage and support large merchant installations & provide support in deployment related projects
- Perform outbound/inbound calls to/from vendors in English and Polish
- Liaise with vendor manager and third parties to gather information and resolve escalated issues
- Participate in developing of procedures and processes and ensure that they meet and exceed customer satisfaction and business requirements,
- Handle/Participate in meetings/conference calls with other departments and vendors when required
- Evaluate data and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities and associated issues and risks, continuously work to improve vendor performance levels
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Very good English and Polish skills
- Problem-solving and ability to handle difficult queries by email and phone
- Ability to work well within a team environment achieving predetermined targets but also demonstrating their own initiative when required
- Ability to learn new processes and adapt to new changes quickly
- Self-motivated, confident, organized
- Analytical skills will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially of Excel)
