RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Been the single point of contact for local marketing and sales teams to coordinate planning and execution of demand generation activities in North, West & Eastern Europe (NWE).
• Support local marketing teams in execution of marketing multi- channel campaign : e-mail, web, social media, teleprospecting focused on lead generation.
• Consult and collaborate with global marketing operation team to maintain quality of regional database.
• Analyze results of the campaigns to improve output. Control if agreed processes in demand generation flow are followed. Indentify the issues and address them with all parties involved.
• Create and maintain set of tools - reports and dashboards in SalesForce in line with defined model to keep full measurement of the results and troubleshooting.
• Actively propose improvements for Teleprospecting campaigns.
• Adapt company global best practice into NWE demand generation model.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Few years of experience on marketing manager position to run and manage demand generation campaigns.
• Experience in B2B marketing and understanding of sales cycles.
• Advanced level of skills in SalesForce to create, modify and interpret results from reports and dashboards.
• Have experience in database quality programs - to assess its quality and propose best improvement strategy.
• Strong focus on conversion of results from marketing campaigns into sales ones.
• Ability to work cross functionally with marketing and sales team in countries covered by NWE region.
• Experience in working in an international, fast-paced environment
