The purpose of this position is to maintain the global logistics analytics and reporting systems to enable the necessary transparency in terms of cost, cost structure for freight and freight to COGS throughout the supply chain goods flow (NTM, Semi Finish, Finished Goods ...). The specialist will support logistics cost planning, perform regular reporting and actuals vs. plans analysis and also maintain related master data in relevant systems. Support should be given to all GLM team members. This position reports to GLM Process, System & Analytics Manager.
- Support logistics planning in FCPI (FiCostPlanInterface) and SKU DM (DataMart);
- Maintain and enhance the Full SKU List related to Product Costing determination and Landed Cost Management;
- Perform Logistics Profit Center reports and monthly GLM reports;
- Assist GSC Planning for the routine sourcing studies and liaise with GLM Network for new trades;
- Assist in implementing new business cases in logistics systems (SAP TM, Coupa);
- Provide User Support for logistics systems (SAP TM, Coupa, Global Freight Tool);
- Master data maintenance for logistics systems (SAP TM, Coupa, MyTower).
- University Degree in Business & Administration with focus on finance, economics, systems;
- 2-4 years of experience in the area of Supply Chain and/or Customer Service in a multinational company with foucs on data management;
- Fluency in English (written & spoken) is a must;
- Full understanding of the Supply Chain processes related to the assigned markets in the area of responsibilities and a good understanding of manufacturing practices common in the FMCG industry;
- Strong focus on process, systems, tools and performance management;
- Demonstrated strong SAP (S/4HANA or ECC and/or SAP TM, BW) knowledge with a deep understanding of logistics systems environments and MS Office applications
- Planning knowledge (e.g. APO/IBP).
- Strong analytical skills, IT and Business orientation with Finance awareness;
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
- Proactive, accountable, collaborative and customer-oriented team player with change management behaviors are essential.
