Data Processing Specialist
Location: Warszawa
Job description
The Data Processing Specialist is responsible for the processes necessary to create a database or report for our clients (top FMCG companies and retailers). The processes include validating the data, setting-up the database, coding products by providing characteristics and managing data samples.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing processes related to creating databases based on the requirements of our clients. The processes include selecting and validating the data, products, checking their correctness in internal applications
- Working in an international team and cooperating with Nielsen offices around Europe
- Daily collaboration in a virtual environment;
- Building your expertise and understanding of FMCG categories and markets across the world
- Working directly with our clients – replying to inquiries, implementing change requests, solving issues;
- Suggesting process improvements and ensuring key performance metrics – on time delivery and quality – are maintained
Requirements
YOUR PROFILE:
- Educated to a university degree
- 1-3 years of experience in operations or back-office;
- Very good level of both written and spoken English;
- Computer proficiency (especially MS Excel);
- Basic knowledge of SQL will be an asset but is not a must;
- Being a team-player with well-developed communication skills;
- With eye for the detail and paying attention to quality;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Can adapt easily to changes.
