Data Manager

Your responsibilities:
- Creates reports/analysis using multiple data sources. Prepares and provides weekly, monthly and annual data reports
- Gather data from other sources and system to develop and improve regional dashboards. For instance: ProWatch and other badge system, locate, WE tool, booking systems…
- Assures proper data quality used for the analysis and provided reports,
- Supporting data tables in an agreed format that can be integrated into Power BI dashboards
- Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets, turns analysis output into actionable information,
- Participates proactively in Ad Hoc meeting to explain specific issues and resolutions
- Single point of contact to coordinate and provide occupancy and utilization reporting
- Monthly reporting per site in standardized format on:
- Site Occupancy (headcount, seat supply, seat demand, sharing ratios actual vs target); Site Utilization (Daily counts, monthly average and peaks measured against seat count); Site Attendance (as above, measured against assigned headcount)
- Work with the account Subject Matter Experts and Operational leads in each country/region to implement Data and Performance related processes to site level (with review mechanism included)
- Planning, implementing and executing contract related data project goals or policies
- Regular Quality Assurance of all reporting outputs ensuring full audit trail and visibility of any remedial actions
Our requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field (Finance, Statistics, or related field),
- 4+ years of relevant work experience within the data management,
- Experience with statistics, big data and its visualization,
- Experience in scripting with Power BI
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Demonstrated ability to think beyond raw data and to understand the underlying business context and sense business opportunities hidden in data,
- Attention to detail and the ability to thoroughly analyze situations, make accurate decisions, and understand the complexities of the decision-making process,
- Nonstandard thinking, openness, curiosity in data mining and analytics,
- Distinctive problem-solving skills, critical thinking and impeccable business judgment.
