- New Client Registration Process (myFinance) - working in conjunction with countries across EMEA and the shared service centre in Poland to ensure that new clients are added to the global finance system in accordance with EMEA guidelines
- Client Validation and Monitoring - regular monitoring/vetting of new clients added to myFinance to enable accurate and comprehensive client level reporting
- Company Hierarchies - ensuring that client parent to subsidiary hierarchies are correctly reflected in both myFinance and Salesforce, and conducting thorough research to monitor and identify changes to such corporate structures (e.g. M&As)
- System / Intercompany alignment - responsibility for ensuring that client data held in myFinance and Salesforce is consistent. Working with fellow Business Services teams and UK service lines to improve alignment of client information and data capture standards
- Training & Troubleshooting - helping to resolve any issues relating to new customer process, identifying examples and opportunities for additional training and process development
- Keen interest in data / data management

- Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience of Oracle/Peoplesoft platforms and/or Salesforce would be advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience of data validation tools and systems (D&B, One Source, Hoovers) would be advantageous
- Experience or understanding of a commercial environment (ideally property related) and corporate structures would be preferable but not essential
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
