As a Data Integration Analyst your primary focus will be data. You are adaptable and capable of understanding data structures, intended visualizations of data and apply different use cases to the same data. You demonstrate a blend of business and technical expertise, with potentially a strength on one side or the other but with the eagerness to learn the other side.
You will work with internal and external business partners to receive data from disparate sources, understand and interpret it and transform the data into an accurate dataset for various consumers and/or systems. In addition to collating the data you will provide support to internal and external clients while minimizing service disruptions and facilitating efficient operations with regards to the data flows. The job responsibilities entail the development, integration, and configuration of data flows used across the organization and ensuring that the data complies with the relevant definitions, standards and regulations.
Take responsibility and ownership in Agile data projects which include:
- Interacting with clients, vendors and other stakeholders internal and external, and acting as a liaison between business and technology areas.
- Working with business subject matter experts (internal to CBRE and external) to onboard new data into the data platform
- Receiving data from disparate sources, understanding/interpreting it, building transformations of data in applicable toolset and ensuring delivery of accurate data to other systems and/or consumers
- Issue resolution and problem solving when data discrepancies/abnormalities occur.
- Creates/delivers correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end user training.
CBRE Global Investment Administration is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced candidate that meets the following profile:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Information Management and/or Finance;
- At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Expert Excel knowledge is required.
- Data management toolsets including SQL, databases, Alteryx or other data integration solution, etc. preferred.
- Real Estate and/or investment management background is preferred.
- This position requires verbal-, written- and presentation skills that also take into account different cultural backgrounds and perspectives.
- Language skills: Business English is mandatory, other languages are beneficial
- Ability to travel
