Your new role
The person we are looking for should be someone who will be able to:
- Carry out the process of creation and amendment of customer accounts and data therein to maintain the integrity of customer accounts to agreed SLAs.
- Ensure customer account structures meet all legal parameters and internal requirements for accurate transactional processing.
- Ensure all data requests are carried out on a timely basis.
- Ensure all allocated queries & tickets resolution are managed ensuring quality and quick response to customers and departmental members
- Help to identify process efficiencies to increase departmental performance.
Ideally, we are looking for:
- Excellent command of the English and German language.
- Working knowledge of Oracle and Siebel.
- Working knowledge of customer hierarchies and master data
- Ability to maintain a high degree of focus on results, through regular/continuous review and accurate and timely reporting
- Ability to deal with ‘difficult customers’, resolve conflict and confrontation
- Good attention to detail
- Good analysis and proposal of solutions taking the bigger picture into account
- Ability to prioritize and make decisions in the given framework for actions
- 2 – 3 years’ work experience in a similar position in Shared Services or admin role
