Your role
Are you incredibly organized with an eye for detail? Do you have a high client service orientation and a high risk awareness? Do you know how to take care of business? We’re looking for someone like that to:
- review and process incoming documents for clients
- provide client advisors support with document management
- ensure that the document records correspond with data in the system
- offer advice and support to client advisors when carrying out administrative tasks in connection with client care, like e-banking contracts, undeliverable mail research and managing archive systems
- review incoming documents for clients according to internal and external regulations
- capture client static data based on client and front office documentation
- make sure that the document records correspond with data in the system
- contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services
- use their product and front-to-back process knowledge to support highly structured or non-standard transactions
Your team
You’ll be working in the Wealth Management UK On Boarding Team in Wroclaw. Responsible for Client Life Cycle Management across a number of activities connected to managing UBS clients data and documentation to ensure it complies with UBS and UK regulatory guidelines. Ensuring client satisfaction is on the highest level and in line with service level agreements agreed with the business - Whilst driving improvements to the overall client experience by working with other areas of the Bank to ensure a seamless service. Desk coverage on a rotating shift between 8am and 7pm.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- experience within a wealth management or financial environment
- ability to analyse and interpret large amounts of complex information in accordance with guidelines
- strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy
You are:
- motivated, self-directed and driven as well as adaptable and able to work across teams and functions
- comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- fluent in English, both spoken and written
- keen to serve the client through a team approach, drawing upon the know-how of other specialists but also reliable when working independently, with sound judgment for when to escalate issues
