- Higher education in IT, Informatics, Telecommunications or related
- Acts in autonomous, responsive and creative way to deliver quality work and results
- Minimum 1 year experience in business analysis and/or functional architecture in a data-related or BI setting
- Experience with data analysis, data visualization and BI
- Strong experience with Collibra is an asset, otherwise training will be provided
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to maintain attention to detail
- Experience working across organizational boundaries on a local and global basis
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Great interpersonal and listening skills

You will be an active contributor to the setup and run of a Group-wide centre of excellence on data catalogue solutions and usage. Working under the direction of the Data Catalogue Product Owner, you will start with the leading market solution Collibra, to be offered as an internal managed service to Orange entities and affiliates (our “customers”).
Your job will be two-fold: contribute to the operational management of this service and provide consulting/professional services to internal “customers” on how to use Collibra to catalogue and document their data assets and drive adoption among users. Your job involves a mix of activities:
Business Analyst / Functional Architect activities
- Identify and transform business needs for data governance into solutions implemented in Collibra and later other data catalogues
- Design and model persona, use cases, business rules, functional and non-functional requirements
- Update data catalogue meta-model with new data assets, maintain consistency to drive a common language amongst affiliates and entities for data assets
- Help design processes around data governance, views on data relations, workflows, tags, taxonomies
- Help design and implement governance policies, including in software where applicable
- Recommend and implement best practices for data governance
- Create deliverables for “customers” and relevant documentation
Project Management activities:
- Define and execute a project plan with each “customer”
- Identify and take into account “customer” constraints such as budgets and budgeting cycle
- Organize and run workshops with “customers” to get started using Collibra, increase and maintain usage to drive maximum value from the solution
- Organize trainings
- Produce regular reporting including statistics and dashboards for customers, for the Data Catalogue Product Owner and for team management
Community Management activities:
- Contribute to the setup and animation of a vibrant community of Collibra users, market and socialize Collibra internally, evangelize good practices
- Production of regular news, maintain internal sites and sources of information
- Organize meetings with the supplier and with external customers according to needs
- On a regular basis, facilitate and maintain the interest of entities and affiliates
- Participate in the evaluation and benchmarking of market solutions
- Be available for questions from affiliates, the Orange Group and the team
