Customs & Trade Compliance Specialist
Responsibilities:
The person is responsible for organization’s Suppliers Declaration and Suppliers Declarations requested by our customers within Europe. He/She will be also in charge for: The whole Intrastat and Extrastat process, controlling customs and integrator invoices from different countries and companies.
Specific tasks:

Providing Suppliers Declaration from our suppliers in Europe;

Controlling and monitoring of incoming Suppliers Declaration;

Establishing Suppliers Declaration for our customers by request;

Maintaining the Suppliers Declaration DATA in the SAP System;

In charge with the preferential team which need the Suppliers Declarations always up dated for preferential calculation;

Responsible for all Intrastat transactions within the EEC;

Responsible for all Packaging reports within the EEC;
-
Customs invoices: verification and controlling - fully responsible for payment process in time;

Integrator invoices: verification and controlling - fully responsible for payment process in time.
Requirements:
-
Educated in international Commercial and Trade business;
-
min. 2 years experience in Customs and international transport business;
-
min. 2 years experience in handling an communication with international customers;

Experience in Intrastat requirements and data handling;
-
Good knowledge about EEC customs regulations and requirement;

Knowledge about SAP WINS;
-
Well trained IT knowledge for the applications Word and Excel.

English: Fluent written and spoken (critical)
