- Supporting client and help in solving basic IT problems (1st line support)
- Calls coordination – transferring more complicated problems to 2nd line support
- Basic knowledge in working in helpdesk
- Fluent knowledge of German (min. B2/C1)
- Good English knowledge (min. B1)
- Basic knowledge of Windows system and MS Office
- Genuine interest in IT subject and willingness to learn
