Customer Support Specialist

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Service Sales of Enterprise Services Portfolio in Region;
- Deal directly with customers and partners on complex Service Sales engagements;
- Work closely with the teams within product sales and channels organization to position services at the point of sale;
- Provide training of customer service offerings to channel partners;
- Achieving Service Revenue Targets of Region set by Senior Management;
- Customer GO TO on all post sale technical escalations
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction in Region;
- Deals with our Shared Service Center departments (Helpdesk, Technical Support, Quality, Contracts);
- Responsible for safeguarding those assets of the Company under the knowledge and control of this position;
- Work under general direction specifying the end result desired and formulate own approach; Plan detailed work without further supervision;
- Give feedback to service delivery organizations regarding market requirements / trends; support developing new requirements
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Service or similar environment;
- A working knowledge of Service delivery; Commercial awareness; Self motivation;
- Negotiating and sales skills;
- Possess diplomatic skills in order to interface at all levels of the organization and external personnel;
- Proven ability to prioritize workloads in a constantly changing business and/or sales environment;
- Professional appearance and ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely in verbal and written form;
- Advanced PC skills;
- Knowledge of Company products and service levels;
- Good oral and written communications skills;
- Excellent English skills is a must, Russian will be an asset.
