As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, solving the emerging issues.
Provide assistance via telephone, e-mail, chat and social media regarding the platform.
Listen carefully and understand customer needs.
Building a good relationship with the customer.
Participate in activities and meetings to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Our requirements
C1 language skills level for Dutch and B1/B2 language skills level for English.
Good use of PC and online browsing.
Availability to work on different shifts:
Working time: 3 shifts (from 9:00 am to 20 pm) 5 days a week from Monday till Sunday.
One weekend a month is always a working one.
Customer orientation and attention to detail.
High problem-solving capacity.
Excellent communication skills.
