What responsibilities will you have?
- Reaching out to existing customers via phone, chat and email to engage them and encourage product usage and retention
- Educating our customers on email marketing best practices
- Ensuring customer success by using GetResponse
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction and engagement in a proactive manner
- Troubleshooting issues which customers may face in the onboarding process
- Coordinating solutions with other Deprtments (IT, Product Dev.)
- Strengthening customer relationships by improving the quality of customer experience.
