For our international client, a leader in healthcare industry, we are looking for Candidates for the position of:
Customer Service Team Leader with fluent French or German (B2B)

Key responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Customer Service Administrators
- Supervising KPIs
- Providing on-the-job feedback & training
- Improving processes
- Contacting business clients from French OR German speaking countries to solve current issues
- Ensuring excellent quality of the customer service provided.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in managing a customer service team within SSC structure
- Fluent French OR German is a must
- Good working knowledge of English (will be an asset)
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to cope with stressful situations
- Good judgement capabilities
- Solution minded & customer focused.
