For our Clients, global and well-known brands, we are seeking Candidates to fill the positions of Customer Service Specialist with European languages.

We are seeking Candidates with various level of experience from junior to senior. You just need to have first experience in customer service area and you need to be fluent in English and one additional language e.g. French, German, Italian, Nordic, Czech or others.

Main duties on this position include: providing full service for clients from whole Europe, managing orders in the system, solving daily problems, answering all queries and cooperating with other teams (Logistic, Finance or IT team).
