Your responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for electric car purchase or after-sales support (inbound calls)
- Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
- Reporting in systems
Our requirements:
- Knowledge of the Spanish language at the C1 level
- Knowledge of English at B2 level (training is conducted in English)
- Ability to operate Windows operating system and MS Office package
- Openness in customer relations
- Communication skills and attitude towards working with people
- High personal culture and customer orientation
- Commitment and motivation to work - together we can achieve more!
- Availability to work from the office (Lublin, Czechów district)
