Opis stanowiska:
Primary Duties:
- To provide 1st line technical support.
- Answering support queries in German via phone,email.
- To maintain a high degree of customer service and adhere to all service management principles.
- To take ownership of customers problems while following procedure and be proactive when support the client even in a crisis situation.
Wymagania:
Requirements:
- Communicative level of English.
- Fluency in German is a must.
- Must be willing to work with a team.
- Strong problem solving abilities, assertiveness and openness.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office would be an advantage.
