Job Description
- Providing customer support for foreigner customers
- Resolving technical problems
- Registering customers' problems and requests
- Monitoring and classifying all incoming documents and information
- Assignment of unresolved cases to the next line of support
- Following customer service standards
- Very good knowledge of French language in written and spoken (B2/C1)
- Good knowledge of English language (B1/B2)
- Willingness to work in Bydgoszcz
- Good command of computer literacy - MS Office
- Good knowledge of system administration Windows 2003/2008/2010
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work in a team
