On behalf of our Client, international company from IT / Communication Technology area, with a stable position on a global market, is searching for Customer Service Specialist with Dutch language.
Main function of the job will be providing high standard of customer service, according to rules and requirements set by the Company. On this position you will be responsible for: handling back office and office work, dealing with colleagues in an efficient, polite and professional manner, as well as meeting deadlines agreed internally.
To be successful on this position you need to have strong Dutch language, good knowledge of English, be familiar with standard IT tools (MS Office package), have the ability to work within a team. Previous experience in Contact Centres and fast typing skills (min. 25 words per minute) will be an undeniable advantage. Fresh graduates and students of diploma year welcome.
