Our client is an international financial institution in the consumer finance sector, currently rapidly developing on the Polish market. To help them in even faster growth, we are looking for communicative candidate with positive attitude for the position of Customer Service Specialist.

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- Two years of experience on a similar position or in a Call Center will be an asset
- Fluent level of Czech and very good level of English or Polish is a must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer oriented
- Organizational, analytical and conceptual skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
