Our Client is an international FMCG company from cosmetics and chemical sector. Now, due to continuous and rapid expansion on the Polish market the company is seeking to recruit open-minded and ambitious individuals for the positions of Customer Service Specialist.
CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST (M/F)

Opis stanowiska:
- Professional and competent service in the operation and maintenance orders, monitoring of supply,
- Receiving and managing customer complaints,
- Taking care to maintain the highest standards of quality in customer service,
- Working with sales, warehouse and transport teams,
- Ensure timely deliveries,
- Preparation of analysis,
Kogo szukamy:
- Min. two years experience in similar position,
- Experience of working with a Client,
- Higher education (economy or similar),
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel,
- Ability to organize own work, independence in action, openness,
- Resistance to stress (Ability to work on stressful situation with Customer) and ability to work under time pressure,
- good English,
- good Hungarian (or alternate but less desired Czech, or Slovak)
