We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with high energy to participate fully in supporting us to achieve our 2020 goals and strategy. The candidate we seek is not afraid to jump in and hit the ground running, is an excellent communicator, and understands the importance of delivering excellence in customer service within a multi-cultural and multi-language environment.

- Handling queries from customers and/or representatives by email and telephone
- Preparing simple customer-activity reports
- Translating short materials for our support page, newsletters, and other customer-facing communication
- Attending training and staying informed about the new procedures, products, and services to ensure the quality of service when dealing with customers
- Occasionally: traveling with other employees to help organize company international and country events
- Fluency in Vietnamese (min. B2+/C1)
- Fluency in English spoken and written
- Customer service oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Professional telephone & email etiquette
- Being able to learn and implement quickly
- Ability to manage several tasks and projects at once
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new skills
- At least one year of professional experience (preferably in customer support and/or online sales)
- Knowledge of network marketing and hemp industry is a plus
