You would assist the passengers and customers of one of the finest and fastest growing airlines via telephone, email and fax. You will optimise passenger satisfaction. You will make and confirm reservations in a dedicated booking system, quote the correct fares and rules of carriage, issue and re-issue tickets as well as process any refunds.
The right candidate will be a people-oriented person with a warm and cheerful personality. Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of English and Italian are essential.
