The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling incoming customer queries (phone and e-mail) and supporting bussiness clients and bussiness partners reqests – wide range of pre-sales request for membership (requirements, prices, supplies, benefits etc.) The Customer Care Agents responsibility is to provide answer to every new request reported by the client, to process orders, manage subscriptions and complaints, if needed to pass the request to the higher level of support.
- fluency in Italian combined with good English knowledge
- computer literacy, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- experience in working with business clients, call center experience will be an advantage
- commitment to customer needs, proactive and positive approach to the customer issues
- multitasking skills
- general IT knowledge (Windows, Office applications, Internet Explorer)
