For our client - leading producer of paints and coatings, we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist. The person on this position will be providing customer support to Danish market. Ideal candidate will have strong focus on clients, excellent communication and language skills.

- Establishing high level of Customer Service
- Order management
- Processing customer requests in a timely matter
- Monitor order progress and anticipate on potential issues
- Monitor the billing and dispute process
- Play an active role to inform the customers on progress of their orders
- Assist in realising Key Performance Indicators for the customer service department

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- Two years experience on a similar position or in a Call Center will be an asset
- Fluent level of Danish and very good level of English is a must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer oriented
- Organizational, analytical and conceptual skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Safety/Health/Environment/Quality in company working with dangerous goods
- Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
- Fluent level of Danish and very good level of English is a must
