Job Description
- Acting as a support for German speaking Clients
- Resolve issues or order queries by phone or e-mail
- Identifying mistakes in invoices/orders
- Ensuring accurate entry of every case in the system
- Gathering missing information if required
- Completing Client's documentation and updating information in database
- Creating, generating and sending invoices forward to Clients
- Being a contact point when it comes to offered product
- Providing support to ad hoc company initiatives
- Performing additional administrative tasks
- Fluent knowledge of German and English
- Higher education or undergraduate
- Experience in customer service- preferably
- Communicativeness and team spirit
- Accuracy and detail oriented
- Availability to take up full time employment
