Our client is a telemarketing and outsourcing company. It maintains 108 sites in 21 countries.
We are currently looking for candidates who will hold the position of Customer Service Professional with Spanish or Slovenian.
Responsibilities:
- Telephone and e-mail customer support to Clients within Contact Centre environment.
- Telephone and e-mail administrative/logistical support to users of global brand IT equipment (coordination of orders, returns, the process of recycling) or Telephone and e-mail technical support to users of global brand electronic goods.
Candidate profile:
- Fluent/very good Spanish or Slovenian (both written and verbal);
- Ability to communicate in English or Polish;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Solution oriented
- IT literacy (Windows, MS Office suite);
- Team work oriented;
- Professional telephone manner;
