Primary job responsibilities
- Back Office support, contacting Clients in German language via telephone and mail, conducting database. Entry level position for big brand in IT industry (outbound calls)
or
- Technical, telephone and mail support to German speaking users of white goods/brown goods (Home appliances) or network devices users (routers, switchers etc.) - 1st technical line - inbound calls
Requirements
- Native/Fluent German, both written and verbal is a must
- Communicative English for internal use (trainings, internal systems)
- IT literate (Windows, MsOffice suite)
- Active listening abillity
- Experience in CC environment or Customer Care would be an asset
- Sales background would be an asset
