Currently we are looking for a suitable candidate to join our supply chain team as Customer Service Operations Manager.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Development, realization, implementation and control of customer service and integral order fulfillment processes and performance in line with agreed business goals

Driving and deploying customer service and supply chain improvements

Close cooperation with internal and external business partners

Managing customer service operations team
Requirements:
-
Min. 8 years of professional experience related to logistics and supply chain management in the field related to operations, customer service, order fulfillment etc.

Proven experience on a managerial position

Experience in cooperation with key customers as well as internal supply chain parties and external service providers

Drive and ability to take initiative

Excellent leadership skills and communication skills

Fluent English
