Customer Service Manager
Your resposibilities:
- Managing and developing team focused on delivering customer service excellence to clients,
- Creating a learning environment by supporting members of the team and building on the strengths of the team members that deliver maximum performance,
- Direct input into creating and implementing global strategy into local organization,
- Developing programs to scale company’s operations, solve customer problems, propose continuous improvement initiatives,
- Enterprenual approach in every aspect of work.
Your profile:
- Experienced in Team Management,
- Diploma in the field of engineering, business or economics,
- High proficiency in English,
- You like to come up with new ideas and you are self-confident; you want to use your potential within an international company,
- You are effective communicator at all levels with problem solving ability for internal and external customers,
- Ability to develop effective business relationships with all levels of internal and external management,
- You are a team player with strong customer orientation,
- Strong oral, written, presentation and interpersonal skills,
- Self-motivated, highly energetic, outgoing character and willing to explore self – potential in different areas.
