For our Client, global FMCG company, to maximize its growth potential, we are currently looking for an experienced Candidate for the position of Customer Service Manager.
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- Leading and managing efficiently the full Order-to-Invoice process
- Develop and support Personal Development plans with direct reports to optimize business delivery and future talent pool
- Coordination of cooperation and business relationship with Distributors
- Monitoring local Customer Services operations and support actions to resolve issues based on service level reports, out of stock root cause analysis and country-specific reports
- Ensure high customer service levels according to company's standards
- Support local Sales Management on Supply Chain issues
- Manage the integration of new and existing customers with the business through EDI
- Active cooperation with third-party warehousing and logistics providers
- Preparing reports and analyses

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- University Degree
- Minimum 3 years on a similar position
- Fluent level of Polish and English (knowledge of Czech will be an asset)
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain and associated systems (e.g. SAP, EDI)
- Strong customer service and cost optimization focus
- Knowledge of Export Regulations
- Very high communication and organizational skills
- Very high analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
- Results-orientated and pro-active approach
- Minimum 3 years on a similar position
