Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. - Processing sales orders in accordance with defined processes and client's requirements
- Maintains good relationship within' the unit with its colleagues as well as relationship with client and 3rd parties
- Actively performs two-way communication
- Interpretation day-to-day business objectives and preparation/execution of operation practices/work programs
- Provides quality, accurate, reasonable and on-time service, ensures due dates and deadlines are met

- Experience in Customer Service area will be an advantage
