Your new role
A successful candidate will be responsible for the Customer Service of company business customers. Key responsibilities: phone and mail contact with company customers about company's technical products, collaboration with other departments of the company, quick and efficient solving customers’ requests, maintaining high standards of customer service, processing customers’ orders in SAP, preparation of export documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
University degree (bachelors or masters), fluent Danish, communicative English, customer and detailed oriented, customer service experience is an advantage, knowledge of export and customs procedures is an advantage, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
