Your tasks include:
- Providing professional hotline service and contacting customers by phone and email.
- Building positive, lasting relationships with consumers.
- Ensuring that hotline procedures are followed and objectives are met.
- Collaborating with the team and achieving set targets.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is fluent in Romanian - our prerequisite!
- Has ease of communication and good diction.
- Has well-developed interpersonal skills and enjoys working with people.
- Is multitasking - your day will be challenging and varied!
- Is committed and responsible.
- Can operate a computer efficiently and knows the basics of email and chat rooms.
