Job description:
- Providing technical support for foreigner customers
- Registering customers' problems and requests
- Monitoring and classifying all incoming documents and information
- Assignment of unresolved cases to the next line of support
- Following customer service standards
- Very good knowledge of German language in written and spoken
- Communicative level of English language
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferably 6 months of technical support experience call centre or a service centre supporting software products
- Willingness to work in Poland (Gdansk)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client Platforms (WindowsXP/7/8).
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory
- Strong Customer service skills
