Our client, Qatar Airways, is still developing Contact Centre in Wrocław, Poland. On behalf of the company we are looking to recruit Customer Service Agents with, in addition to English, one European language. We are currently particularly interested in candidates with fluent French or German.
Customer Service Agents will be working as a part of a team, making and confirming reservations for passengers and travel agents, providing general information and actively selling tickets. They will provide excellent and competent customer service through the telephone in order to achieve customer satisfaction, generate revenue and take all possible measures to avoid loss of revenue.
Our Client is looking for people who can communicate effectively in English as well as in French or German. Previous experience in a multinational environment, in the area of customer service or helpdesk, is an advantage.
