Key responsibilities:
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries
- Ensure transactional information and system entries are completed in an accurate manner
- Technical support-calls
- Checks in order to confirm that it is a problem
- Tickets creation
- Proactive monitoring
- Escalation management & coordination
Qualifications:
- Very Good knowledge of Dutch (C1)
- Good knowledge of English (B2)
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literacy - MS Office ( Word, Excel, Power-point)
- Ability to work in a team in multinational environment
- Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
