Job Description
- Work on the 1sth line supportand advisory of international customers
- The receipt of problemsreported by users, concerning the operation or interpretation of one or moreinformation systems
- The coordination of rapid andappropriate responses, including: channeling requests for help to appropriatefunctions for resolution, monitoring progress
- Keeping users appraised ofprogress
- The maintenance of aninventory of equipment supported by the Help Desk together with logs of userdetails, problems and resolutions, for administration and planning purposes
- Shift work
- Fluent (C1 spoken and written)knowledge of one or more language: English and/or German and/or French and/or Russianand/or Italian
- Any additional foreign languagewill be an advantage
- Basic knowledge on Windows andMS Office
- Interest in IT andwillingness to learn
- Basic computers skills
