Currently,for our client we are looking for:
Job description:
- Providing technical support for foreigner customers
- Registering customers' problems and requests
- Monitoring and classifying all incoming documents andinformation
- Assignment of unresolved cases to the next line ofsupport
- Following customer service standards
- Very good knowledge of German, Danish or French languagein written and spoken
- Communicative level of English language
- Willingness to work in Poland (Bydgoszcz)
- Good command of computer literacy - MS Office
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Attractive salary, benefit package and relocationallowance
- Stable employment (the first contract for a period of6 months)
