BUSINESS GARDEN
We are creating a new Regional Finance Hub team in Poznan who will be part of a global network of regional Finance hubs responsible for Planning & Reporting and Close & Control activities as well as more complex accounting activities.
The teams in the regional Finance hubs will work together to share best practice and knowledge working closely with our HQ Finance teams in London.
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager who will capture and share appropriate Voice of Customer/Partner within Finance services and One Finance Hub teams India. You will interface between Finance Services operations teams and country finance organisations which and ensure governance is in place and effective.
We are looking for person for 12 months contract.
- Represent operations in Country Finance Government Board meeting
- Support the design of the new interaction model for One Finance
- Point of escalation for key GSK Stakeholders
- Own and maintain stakeholder map
- Support communications for key projects
- Own internal stakeholder visits into the One Finance Hub
- Actively support the One Finance Hub Leader in building a great place to work.
- Basic qualifications:
- University degree in Business management or related field
- Experience in Customer Support and Communications
- Experience of working in a corporation environment
- Working with Finance department/stakeholders from finance will be an asset
- Fluent English (minimum C1)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Outside of the box thinking and problem-solving skills
