Together with your colleagues in Customer Operations, you will handle day-to-day order management, resolve disputes and queries, prepare reports, and proactively communicate with our customers. You’ll also collaborate closely with the rest of the team to ensure high-quality customer service.

- Order Management: Handle orders, ensure smooth processing, and address customer queries via phone and email.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments, including customer service, production, warehouse, and transport planning.
- Dispute Resolution: Register, track, and resolve disputes while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Reporting and Data Management: Prepare reports for business units and maintain accurate customer master data.
- Process Improvement: Participate in improvement initiatives, projects, and documentation reviews aligned with established guidelines.
What Will Make You Successful?

- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Danish (B2/C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
