Customer Operations administrative coordinator (Italian)

You as a member of our team

You will be responsible for administrative processes and master data. In this role you will also receive, record, and process customer orders, enquiries and complaints for printing equipment. An administrative coordinator interacts with the sales & the finance team, our clients and the third-party vendors. You'll be challenged to manage the administrative support for the customer operation business.

Sample tasks

  • Prepare contracts on the basis of offers sent by account managers to customers and gather all info in SAP.
  • Maintain the Customer master data
  • Enter terms & conditions into SAP.
  • Record and process Customer orders for equipment and software,
  • Organize the deliveries of equipment to customer
  • Place orders with third-party vendors
