For our client, a fast-growing technology company, we are looking for a self-motivated and experienced employee who will:
- Analyze customers' needs through analytical tools and make recommendations for additional products or services that will enhance customers' satisfaction, productivity or profitability.
- Examine existing customer service and CRM practices in terms of people, processes, and product; and identify priorities for change.
- Implement processes that create a seamless interaction between customer and customer service.
- Coordinates among diverse customer contact and distribution channels to ensure that customer perceives a seamless, consistent and positive view of the organization.
- Develop the scope of the knowledge management system of customer care
- Develop self service solutions to deflect the contact rate and increase customer experience
- Translate user needs into knowledge requirements.
- Constant monitoring and analysis of the performance and impact of the company's external knowledge center.
- Drive automation of customer journeys and develop self service solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience in providing customer service support
- Strong analytical skills
- Planning and/or project leading experience
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (English)
