Customer Contact Centre Team Leader - Warsaw
Pure Jatomi Fitness are looking for a unique team leader: a champion of customer service who can
develop our new Contact Centre and deliver exceptional customer service.
This is a new role and your first task will be to set up the systems and processes for the contact
centre and recruit a small team of customer focussed agents. You will then be responsible for
delivering a high standard of service; monitoring the outputs of the centre and driving
improvements in how we interact with our members. Ultimately your role will be to ensure that our
members and potential members, whether contacting us by phone, live chat, email or social media
feel that we have done our very best to satisfy and exceed their needs. Every interaction should
leave the customer feeling good about us. We want to make them smile!
Our Contact Centre will handle both in-bound calls from members and out-bound campaigns. As
well as handling membership queries and sales you will also be resolving any problems our
members may have and lapsed payments.
To achieve our goals you will need to think creatively to ensure customer satisfaction whilst strictly
adhering to company rules and processes and share a passion for exceeding customer
expectations with your team.
Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous success in project and people management, your
customer focus and ability to handle data. Above all you will be an excellent communicator and
problem solver. Therefore we anticipate that you will have had at least 2 years experience in a
Contact Centre as a Team Leader and are used to implementing industry best practices.
Due to the international nature of our business you must be equally comfortable working in Polish
and English.
