We are looking for a strong leader to manage a team of Customer Care Agents responsible for responding to customers' claims and complaints. You will be in charge of career paths, recruitment, escalations, etc., on top of which you will also process the more complicated claims. Prior to your start you will need to go abroad for several weeks to take part in a training.
The perfect candidate will have sound experience in managing a complaints department or a customer service team (if handling complaints was also in the scope). You need to speak excellent English as well. An additional European language would be a plus.
