For our Client, a global service provider for the financial industry, which opens a new Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, we are seeking Candidates who want to develop their career in Customer Care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing telephone and email support for customer service including financial queries, answering product questions and providing answers to basic technical questions. You will also be responsible for updating customer systems so that they reflect all changes to the data on contracts, new services/products or contact information.
We are looking for a Candidate with:
Fluent French and Polish (at least level C1/C2) and good English; previous experience in Customer Service/Order Management gained in international environment. Good organizational and communication skills are also necessary, as well as customer-oriented approach.
